Inventory

You can access the inventory module by tapping on inventory, which will open up to show you, Inventory, Working Inventory, Product Checkout, Returned Stock, and Product Batches You can then select the first option which is Inventory.

This page shows the breakdown of all stock that has been uploaded to the solution. It serves as the digital representation of the physical warehouse of the company. As new product batches arrive, they should be uploaded to the platform using the Product Batches page. After the products have been uploaded, you can access the details of the products.The stock valuation and stock count show you the total counts products available in the warehouse and the value of the stock. Below that is chart showing the breakdown of the stock into categories. Beside that is a table that shows the breakdown of the stock at distributor level, then the top and lowest available product in terms of counts. This will help you keep track of stock that are running low in the warehouse.When you scroll down, you will see a table that shows the quantity in cases and units as well as valuation for each SKU uploaded. You also have the option to download those records, segmented by product categories or distributor.
