Visits
The visits module contains all insights and visit records carried out by the field staff. The top section of the visits module contains insights such as Actual vs Planned visits, Total Outlets Visited, Average Time Spent and Visit Exceptions.
The Actual vs Planned visits shows the counts of actual visits done versus visits that were scheduled. The reps can schedule their visits from the app or the supervisor can schedule visits from the dashboard for the reps from the Calendar Module. You can click on the arrow at the top right of the Actual vs Planned Visits insight box to get more details on the reps who did the visit, customers they visited and so on. You can hover over the bubble in the box to see if there was an increase or decrease between visits done between time periods.
The Total Outlets Visited gives the total count of unique customers visited. It is the actual count of the number of customers that were visited for that time period. You can also click on the arrow at the top to get more information on the customers visited.
The average time spent gives the average time collectively spent during the visits. The visit exceptions show the number of visits that were done outside of the outlet’s registered location.
Below this section, you have some visualizations showing the relationships between various insights. For example, you can see the active reps vs inactive reps, actual versus target visits, actual vs target coverage (customers visited) and the productive vs unproductive visits. Productive visits are visits where sales were done.
To the right of that section is a table showing the Outlet ranking by sales with the outlet that has made the most sales showing at the top. Below this section is the visit performance trend which you can toggle between 1 month, 6 months, Year To Date or 1 year.
