Summary Tab Vists

At the top of the map, there are 3 tabs (Visits, Sales, and Outlets). Switching between these tabs changes the information displayed on the map as well as information on the insights panels at the right and the bottom to that relevant to the tab selected. This means that when the sales tab is selected, the information populated will be sales insights and similarly, when the ‘outlets’ tab is selected, the information displayed will be outlet insights.

When the Visit tab on the summary module is selected, the map shows the locations where visits were done and you can see details such as total visits, actual visits versus planned visits, actual visits versus target, active field reps versus total field reps, visit exceptions, and so on. You can click on the arrow at the top of each insight to see a more detailed view of the information represented there.
Please note that when the field staff creates schedules for their visits, you see the number of scheduled visits as the planned visits. So as they complete their visits, you see the actual visits increasing versus the planned visits.
For active field reps versus the total, as your field reps complete their visits using the app and those visits synchronize, the dashboard records those field reps as active. If your field rep is working with their internet off which will stop their visit from synchronizing, or if they have not done any visits for the day, even if they are logged into the app, the dashboard will record them as inactive until they do visits and those visits are synchronized
Visit exceptions show the report of users and visits that were done outside of the registered outlet’s location. Productive visits are visits that resulted in sales. There are also some graphical insights provided at the button of the module.
