Introduction

Welcome to the FieldMaxPro Help Center

Here you’ll find everything you need to know about the FieldMaxPro Application. To navigate its helpful content, you can use the sidebar menu at the top left to explore our various features.

Getting started

Installing the FieldMaxPro App

  1. On your android device, open google play store.
    • In the search bar type fieldmaxpro then click search.
  2. Scroll to see your company's app version, tap it and click install.
    • Once installation is complete, click open.
  3. On the fieldmaxpro welcome screen, read the instructions and information provided then click get started.

Signing in to your device

  1. Open the fieldmaxpro app
    • On the sign in screen, enter your username and password
    • Tap log in
    • Note: While inputting your username and password ensure you do not add spaces unless instructed to.

Can't sign in?

  1. You don't have sign in credentials for this app.
  2. Your username or password is incorrect.
  3. Your account has been disabled or deleted.
  4. You do not have data or sufficient network in the area you are in.

Signing out on your device

  1. On the profile screen, tap settings.
  2. Tap logout.
  3. A pop up will indicate if you have unsynced actions
    • If there are no pending actions, tap logout on the pop up menu to sign out of the app.

Navigating the FieldMaxPro app

The navigation bar provides quick access to nine tabs which consists of the key features and tools to help accomplish your tasks faster.

  1. Schedules
    • In this tab, you can create Schedules for Outlets you will be visiting that day and in the future.
  2. Outlets
    • The Outlets tab consists of all the Outlets that have been assigned to a particular user from the backend or created by a particular user.
  3. Receivables
    • The Receivables tab consists of debt owed to a company for products that have been delivered or used but not yet paid for. It shows the name of the outlet owing (debtor) the amount owed
  4. Inventory
    • In this module, you have an inventory of products assigned to you from the backend, where you will sell from to your customers.
  5. Briefs
    • The briefs tab contains documents sent from the backend by managers. These documents can be Word documents, Excel sheets, Image files and even Video files. Once you select this module, you will be able to access a file by tapping on it.
  6. Todos
    • You can keep track of your tasks by creating a todo list with this tab.
  7. Activity
    • This tab helps measure your performance against your targets showing your Sales Targets and Visit Targets.
  8. Settings
    • In this module you can adjust the settings parameters of the app
