Receivables Navigation

View all receivables

  1. Tap “receivables” from the navigation menu.
  2. Tap the icon at the top right of the screen to select filters.
  3. From the options in the drop down, tap “All”
  4. Tap the icon at the top left of the screen to return to the navigation menu

View pending receivables

  1. Tap “receivables” from the navigation menu.
  2. Tap the icon at the top right of the screen to select filters.
  3. From the options in the drop down, tap “Pending”
  4. Tap the icon at the top left of the screen to return to the navigation menu.

View due receivables

  1. Tap “receivables” from the navigation menu.
  2. Tap the icon at the top right of the screen to select filters.
  3. From the options in the drop down, tap “Due”
  4. Tap the icon at the top left of the screen to return to the navigation menu.

View Overdue receivables

  1. Tap “receivables” from the navigation menu.
  2. Tap the icon at the top right of the screen to select filters.
  3. From the options in the drop down, tap “Over Due”
  4. Tap the icon at the top left of the screen to return to the navigation menu.
    • Payment can also be recorded from the receivable tab, to clear outstanding payments, see below.

Recording Payment

  1. Tap the outlet you would like to record payment.
  2. Tap the “record payment” button. You will be taken to another page where the Amount due, Amount balance is displayed
  3. Select your payment method from the options in the drop down.
  4. Enter the amount paid.
  5. Enter the payment reference.
  6. Tap the tick icon at the top right of the screen to save.
    • Once the credit limit for a particular outlet has been cleared and goods have been paid for completely, that outlet will no longer be in the receivable tab
  7. Tap the icon at the top right corner of the screen to return to the navigation menu.
