Notes

The notes module allows you to record complaints, suggestions and other feedback from customers that should be relayed to your managers.

Using the notes tab

  1. Tap the notes tile
  2. To add notes, tap the “+” icon at the bottom right of the screen.
  3. Select the note category from the drop down which includes, competitive intelligence, complaint notes and discount notes.
  4. Enter the title of your note.
  5. Enter the content of the note in details in the message box
  6. Tap the tick icon at the top right of the page to save the note or tap the bin icon at the top right of the page to delete the note.
  7. Tap the tick icon at the top right of the notes page to save and exit.
    • Note: Once you save, your admin will be able to see this. You can add more notes to the visit.
