Viewing orders on your app
- Open the Orders tab from the navigation bar.
- Select the particular order you want to finalize, this will display your outstanding balance, as well as the list of the products in that order.
- Tap the icon at the bottom right corner of the screen to access the Edit sales option, to Finalize Order and Record Payment.
Editing sales
- Tap Edit Sales, you will be taken to a page that shows the different products and corresponding amounts in that order.
- Tap the specific product you want to edit, a dialog displays with the quantity in pack and units and discount applied.
- You can either increase or decrease the quantity by clicking on the number of the pack or units. After doing this you, tap on “Update” to save the changes.
- You can also decide to delete the product selected from the list of products in that order. To do this simply click on “Delete” in the dialog displayed.
Recording payment in orders
To record payments- Tap the “Record payment” button, which takes you to input the details of payments collected from your customer, after doing this
- Tap the “tick” button at the top right corner of the page to save and the new balance changes to zero
- Tap the “Finalize order” button, and by doing this, it means the order has been recorded as sales, therefore it will no longer show in the Orders page.
