Visit Module
A visit provides the opportunity to engage your customers. They are carried out at the customer’s outlet. The visit module allows you to record engagements such as shelf/store checks, sales, merchandising, take feedback and so on. The information recorded during the visits are sent to management to make informed decisions.Overview of the visits module
The Visit Module is where every activity made at an outlet is recorded. Depending on your company/admin, you can either start a visit without being at the location of an outlet or it is mandatory for you to start a visit only when you are at an outlet location.The Fieldmaxpro app allows you start visits in two ways:Starting Scheduled visits
You can start a visit from the Schedules module, by clicking on the dropdown icon on a particular outlet on the schedules list. This will show you a dialog that includes the outlet details, outlet’s phone number, and the option to visit the outlet. Note that each of these is clickable and will create an action.Starting an Unscheduled visit
You can also start a visit from the outlets module without scheduling it as well.After selecting the outlet you want to visit from the outlet list. Upon clicking on the start visit button,a prompt displays asking you to confirm if you want to start a visit despite having not created a schedule for the outlet, that is, if no schedule was created prior, but if a schedule had been created for the outlet, clicking the 'start visit' button takes you straight to the Visit module.
