Invoice

The invoice tab is used to record payment for products sold to outlets
Here the total amount of sales made can be seen. If it was a Ready Stock sale, you will see a 'Record Payment'button which when tapped allows you to fill in the amount being paid, mode of payment and reference.

Using the invoice tab

This is only applicable to Ready Stock sales

  1. Tap the invoice tile
  2. Tap the “RECORD PAYMENT” button, this leads you to a page that displays the total amount to be paid and payment method. You can also enter the amount paid and payment reference here.
  3. Select the payment method from the options in the drop down menu
  4. Enter the amount paid.
  5. Enter the payment reference.
  6. Tap the tick icon at the top right of the screen. you will be taken back to the invoice page.
  7. On the invoice page, you can apply credit to the outlet if available. If credit is not available an “exhausted credit” notification will pop up.
    • Note: credit limit is assigned to the outlets by the manager at the backend.
  8. Tap the tick icon at the top right of the invoice page to exit and return to the actions menu.
