Inventory Overview

Inventory is the list of your company's products. The inventory module allows reps to digitally accept products that have been assigned to them by their managers, see their personal current available products where sales can be made from as well as return stock.

Basic Walk-through

This module displays all the products you sell as a Sales Rep. To access the Inventory tab, from the landing page(schedule), tap the icon at the top left of the screen to access the navigation bar, tap Inventory from the navigation bar.
It also shows the individual quantities available in your Inventory. It will be impossible for you to sell a product if you do not have it in the inventory or if the quantity available is zero. So in order to have products in your Inventory, you are required to Check Out products from the backend.
It is required that the manager at the backend assigns products for you to sell before you will be able to carry out any Check Out.
At the end of the day or week, you are also required to Check In your products in order to return the stocks in your Inventory.

Overview of the Inventory module

The inventory module consists of four options in the options bar located at the top right corner of the screen, these include:

  1. Working inventory: Inventory available to you outside of regular stock for immediate access, this would be assigned to you by a manager from the back end.
  2. Return stock: This option is to return the stock from the working inventory still in your possession after completing sales.
  3. Rejected stock: This option includes stock from the working inventory that was rejected.
  4. Refresh stock: This option is for getting the stock the available to you in real time, that is, refreshing stock would show all the stock available to you at any given time.
