Outlet Creation
Creating outlets on your device
- Tap the “+” icon below and a 'confirm location' prompt will display.
- Note: You need to be at the outlet location before you proceed, if you tap “yes” the app will register your current location as the location of that particular outlet
- Tap “YES” to confirm your location.
- Fill the create outlet form displayed.
Filling the Create Outlet form
- Outlet classification
- Select the outlet channel from the list in the drop down menu
- Select the outlet type from the list in the drop down menu.
- Note: The outlet type selection is based on the outlet channel selection.
- Select the outlet distributor
- Note: The outlet distributor is assigned to you, select the appropriate distributor from the drop down menu.
- Basic information
- Enter the outlet name.
- Enter the outlet phone number.
- Enter the outlet email address.
- Note: If the outlet does not have an email address, simply type na into the field provided.
- Location Information
- If you are working with your data on, the app auto-fills this section, the information filled is also editable by users to get accurate details of the outlet location
- Please confirm that the auto-generated address is correct before you proceed. If it is incorrect, please fill in the correct location details.
- Enter the street number.
- Enter the street name.
- Enter the town.
- Select the location of the outlet from the options in the drop down menu
- Note: Ensure your geo-coordinate has been captured. The geo-coordinates cannot be edited.
- Contact Information
- Enter the First Name of the contact - The contact is the person you are speaking to at the outlet.
- Enter the Last Name of the contact.
- Enter the Phone Number of the contact.
For outlets with QR CODES
- Tap “scan QR CODES” click “allow” on the pop up notification
- Place your phone camera on the qrcode to scan.
- Tap the check icon at the top right of the screen to save the outlet.
